一、个人简介

薛宏坤,男,19889月出生,博士,讲师,硕士研究生导师。

教育与工作经历:

20109-20146月 东北农业大学,食品科学与工程,学士学位;

20149-20196月 东北农业大学,硕博连读,农产品加工与贮藏博士学位;

20197-20217月 清华大学,    博士后,功能性食品;

研究方向:天然产物提取分离纯化及活性;功能性食品研发。

(1)河北大学高层次人才科研启动项目,《海棠多糖改善胰岛素抵抗的构效关系及其作用机制研究》,经费50.0万,2021.11-2.24.11,在研,主持。

(2)主持第67批次中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目,经费8.0万元,2019-2021

(3)主持冷链生物医药制品全程温度监控(日本-丰田-清华大学联合基金-300万)。

(4)作为主要参与人开展两项国家自然科学基金面上资助项目。

五、出版教材、授权/申请专利

1)参与编写《体腔热灌注治疗》,人民卫生出版社。
